Yes — controller compatibility issues are one of the most common reasons people contact us, and we investigate every report. When reaching out, please include your controller model and manufacturer, connection type (USB or Bluetooth), your browser name and version, and your operating system. This information helps us reproduce the issue and determine whether it is a browser Gamepad API limitation, a mapping problem, or a fixable bug. Most compatibility issues have known solutions — if yours has a quick fix, we will tell you immediately. If it's a new issue, we will log it for the next update.
